I co-signed a loan with another person. We dissoveld our partnership, but he stopped paying toward the loan. I have been paying it up to now, so my credit won't suffer, but is there any way to make him pay his share? I believe since I signed, I am responsible if he doesn't live up to the agreement? He was the primary on the loan, so can I stop paying it? Can I sue him? What is the best course to take?

Sue him in small claims for each payment you make or all amounts due from him.
