Bank gave out my info

I defaulted on a loan that is at collections. There is another branch in my hometown. My girlfriend who knew nothing of it,walked into the bank and they called her into office and told her all my info about the loan and asked where I was living to collect collateral. Also when we moved they called a friend of hers that used to work there and asked her where we lived and also gave her the info about the account. I am the only one on the account so its none of there buisness. Do I have a case? That has to be against there privacy policy. That caused us alot of problems she did not know about the loan!

That is not legal. You may file a complaint with the bank president and your state attorney general.
