Question statement access

WISCONSIN
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS BANK STATEMENTS, HOME EQUITY AND CREDIT CARDS ON OPEN & CLOSED ACCOUNTS? HOW FAR CAN THEY GO BACK? NEED TO OBTAIN RECORDS FROM 1982 TO 2008. ARE THERE ANY LEGAL RIGHTS TO OBTAIN RECORDS WITHOUT FEES DUE TO FILING FOR DIVORCE AND SPOUSE HAS TAKEN ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTATION. I NEED TO VERIFY ASSETS HIDDEN AND CAN'T AFFORD HIGH LAWYER FEES. HOW CAN I ACCESS ON MY OWN? I KEEP GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWERS EACH TIME I CALL.

You can subpoena those records if you have good reason.

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
