Credit Card suites

I owe Capital One on a credit card for about $1000. I called after a few months of no payments to ask about setting up a repayment plan. They sent me to The Law Offices of so and so. The lady was not rude, but said that a lawsuit has been filed in Fulton County. She said I could a) pay a lump sum with a 15% discount. (Total they are suing for is $2209) b)make three payment on post dated checks of $750 each, or 3)if I put a $500 down payment with post dated checks for $200 each.

I cannot afford any of the above. I was hoping for $100-150/ month payments over the next 12/18 months.

What will happen if it does go before a judge? She said the judge and attorney would decide the amount they would garnish.

Any advice?
