My money deposited in a bank,s internal deposit machine, never reached my account, the bank lied to the government ombudsman when the ombudsman service investigated the my claim. i tried to get legal advice but solicitors that I contacted would not provide assistance under legal aid, I tried to sue the bank in the court's but, but to lack of legal knowledge my case was dismissed & I was refused leave to appeal., It is now almost years, I have lost my house, have been suffering with depression & stress,. I don't know what my rights are. The bank made untrue statements & provided false witness statements. Another department of the bank provided information which proves that the bank's solicitor's & its staff conspired in giving false evidence to the court's and to the government ombudsman. Everything that I had worked for and built for myself I have lost because of the theft of my money by this bank. This bank was investigated by news reporter & a programme was show on TV detailing the underhand tactics of this bank, but, everything that I had stated was not believed, I am now currently considering to leave the UK, because of this, if this is British JUSTICE & DEMOCRACY, I have to have to make choose where my loyalties are. I have been a victim of a crime, but, the British Legal System, failed me, perhaps it is because the colour of my skin or because I am a MUSLIM..
