EEK! Refund from credit card company
Credit card company posted a payment of $5800 to my account that I did not make. I called them, reported the misapplied payment. They said to submit in writing, which I never did. Got a refund check from them for $5800.00. One month later I received letter and credit card company charged my account $5800.00. Logically I know I have to pay the money back but just felt I should consult someone before making final decision.
