Can someone help me get my checking account unfrozen by some cheap ass attorney at law that decided he would freeze my 11$ amount in my account so i would pay a credit card that is about 20 years old and should have already been wrote off? I don't understand why my bank which is Glens Falls National would let these scum of the earth do this to me as i am a customer of theres? I asked a lady named Lynn her response was it was not their problem what i owe other people? I said yes but isn't it your problem when these people are getting into your custormers accounts and ruining your reputation as a bank? She didn't have an answer for that one. So what is the deal and what do i do. i did find out they cannot or are not suppose to freeze an account for someone who is on public assistance which i am, so i think that is the root i will have to take. Does any one else have any suggestions? Please help, i just graduated college and do plan on paying bills, but not when i am forced out of a checking account. Where did our rights go anyway???????????????????????????????????????????? ??????
