Default credit cards

we are working with a debt solutions company on settling our accounts and one of them has turned it over to an attorney who filed papers aginst us they can see we are settleing and have been sent a cease ond desist order can we still have to go to court? The actions is aginst my husband who is getting ready to deploy can they still file papers aginst him if deployed?

You need to reply and appear in court if scheduled or you will lose the case.
