There is a financial company based in Denmark called Global Financial that has offered me a opportunity as an affiliate company director here in the US.
They require me to register myself as an LLC or corporation and open a company account and a merchant account with a major bank. Once satisfied with all documents submitted to them, ie document of incorporation, photo ID for security check-up, bank info, proof of address, I am to move money to and from my merchant account. The monies deposited will be e-currencies from their customers and many transactions may be in excess of USD$10,000. I am to make a commission on each transaction handled and to withdraw my percentage from my merchant account into my business account only upon their instructions. Is it really as cut-and dry as that? Do I need a contractual agreement with this entity? Is there anything missing here that I would need to avoid any problems? Is this for real? Is this kind of practice with e-currencies typical? What kind of logue should I keep with this if indeed it is all legit? I may have more questions concerning this but, at the moment I\'m still thinking about it but would like some advice before signing anything. I have two documents submitted to me in PDF format that are for me to read and one is for me to sign and fax to them with other necessary documents. |

It is a fraud and the checks they send will be not valid; and you would be liable; report it to the police.

Hello,
I am also in the process of working with this company. I was wondering if you went through with the items that they were looking for and actually worked with them? The other reply to your message had no proof and you were not even talking about receiving a check. I think this sounds like a plausible business except that I do not know if you would be liable for the taxes associated with the income. Let me know what you did. My email is accounttguru@yahoo.com |

Anybody asking you to open a bank account for their business activities is not legit.
