Confused Loan granted in the UK but the money need to be send to a person in Nigeria

I hope you can help me. I got some questions to ask.

I did apply with two places for a loan. They both been approved. The correspondence take place via e-mail. I did sign the documents and send to them. Then they ask for a once off fee to be paid. I do not need to send this money $300.00 to their bank acc but to a person himself and certify it as a gift. The loan was granted in the UK but the money ($300) need to be send to a person in Nigeria.

I dont feel comfortable with this. Please explain this to me.

When I ask my bank to do the trf they said to me that we have to trf the money in to a bank acc. The one guy come back to me several times by phone and just ask me if the money been trf. He did not want to understand acourding to my bank rueles. He then write to me about his lawyer that will sue me. I did not received any money from him.

I then apply for another loan with somebody else. He also approve the loan with terms. I had to make a payment of $500 to him before the loan will be paid out. There after I had to trf another $900 to him when I receive the money.

I want to know will everything be ok. I did not want to loose money, as it will be a lot of money to me.
