Question Unpaid balance on a credit card

I believe that I am going to be sued for an unpaid balance on a credit card. What actions can a law firm located in GA take to collect these funds? The amount is $4000. Can they seize property (as they\'ve threatened)? Can they freeze my bank accounts?

Default Re: Unpaid balance on a credit card

They have to sue and win first, then for general information on collection see http://www.worldlawdirect.com/article/935 -- Collecting on a court judgment.
