Default Credit Card Fraud?

My ex boyfriend used my credit card to pay an attorney for some fees. I did not sign any paper work, I did not speak to the attorney directly. He used it and paid for it. It has been about 4 months and he has made payments to my credit card since then, but now, he will not make any more payments. Do i have grounds to dispute this claim?
