credit card debt
i am in texas and have been sued and served a citation for an unpaid debt to discover bank. the debt is just over a year old, the original amount was about $8,400...citation reflects $10,077 (after late fees, interest, etc.) i cannot afford to pay this debt or hire an attorney and the citation requires a response from me, but gives no indication on what kind of response. how should i respond?
