I have had credit for over 30 years. I have never paid anything late. I have paid off cars, mortgages, etc. I just pulled my credit report and although they do not show any collections or derogatory items, the credit reporters (Big 3) have derogatory comments on my scores such as length of time accounts have been established, proportion of balances to credit limits is too high, proportion of current loan balance to original loan balance, insufficient length of credit history, number of established accounts. Huh?
I tried to dispute, but since these are on the score - what a lender would see, not on the report. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
