Default Responsible for deceased moms credit card debts?

My mom recently passed away, leaving some credit card debt. She has no spouse or assets. Am I responsible for paying all the cards off? She did have life insurance though...will they get thier money from the life insurance? Thanks so much for any advice!!!!
