I have been foreclosed on in Florida. I live in New York where I bought this property but was served in New York. The hearing is on February 12th but I will be unable to appear. The Atty will be appearing by phone.
I would like this case dismissed and also would like to sue Land Auction for fraud because I have an $18,316 Mortgage for a lot that is valued at $2,350. Help I need to know what I should file. Thank you. |

That will be challenging to do by yourself. You may want hire counsel if counsel thinks you have a valid case.
