expungment
I was convicted in 1989 for possesion of cocain(Oregon) & 2002 I was arrested for DUI & possesion of pot in Minn, all charges were dismissed & was Only convicted for Careless driving. In Nov. 2007 I filed for an expungment on the 1989 Felony & now they denied it for the Careless driving from Minn. based on the arrest itself. I have a hearing in Oregon before the Judge in a few weeks. Is there a chance I can still get the expungment.
