EEK! action to reverse a final [rem judicata] ruling

Hello, is there a specific action to undo a final ruling that a party has
good grounds to demonstrate violates a legal statute? Brazil has such
action [Ação Rescisória] and I am looking for the correspondent in US law.
Thank you very much

A motion to reconsider or an appeal will do that.
