Do Lawyers have to submit a record of their asking fees to a judge that is deciding a partition house sale. We have a commissioner and he said the judge looks at everything. I forgot to ask her if that means all the attorney fees as well. Does anyone have an answer

In many jurisdictions at least that is not required.
But if any party is asking for fees to be paid by another party, then the fees do need to be provided. |
