my husband has been inditated over a year ago for a crime he did not do the grand jury inditated him because what they seen and read were false and have been changed after the fact. we have paid thousands of dollars for our attorney and he is good but after our case is over we need an attorney to help with our lawsuit against police social services and prosecuter it is unbelievalbe how a judge can let this continue with all the evidence we have they have nothing except someones word we have lived this nightmare over 1 year and proc keeps postpon it one attorney said we have a million dollar suit is it possible to see a judge and show him what we have or just let the legal system screw us till trial then go after them

What did they do that was illegal...what specific acts eg? You will need to show that.

Unfortunately a very bad or hastily put together case is not illegal.
