About a year ago, I was victim of a particular incident, which at the time was widely covered in the newspapers, that has led to censorship. It involves blacklisting. The problem is, the issue was never fully resolved, in my opinion. The federal court had never informed me of what their final decision was, probably due to concern for my well-being (as at the time, I was indeed so traumatized over the events that I was in a state of denial).
So now one year later, I've believed to finally come back to my senses and I'm left wondering what really happened. I need to know what the court's decision was as it has major implications on my life. So I was wondering if there is any way get information on this censored event? I've already tried contacting the Ministry of Attorney General and the federal court registry but couldn't get anything. I live in Canada. |

There has to be some resolution. And if you were a party to the matter you must be informed.
Your lawyer could call in for you, or you may go to the court itself. |
