What's Going On !

I am pro se in a Tort Case in Federal Court in SDFL (Miami) Judge Moore.
The Judge Dismissed my Case from Court today on a Motion of the Defendant's Attorney to Dismiss for my Non Compliance with a Court Order.
The Court Order was signed by the Judge on October 3rd. The Judge stated that I had been Furnished With A Copy. I WAS NOT furnished with a copy of the court order nor a Copy of the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss until yesterday December 4th.
The Judge did not state who furnished me with a Copy of the Court Order and anyhow how could I be furnished with a Copy of the Court Order as I live in Cali, Colombia South America. I might have been sent a Copy of the Court Order but by whom? How? Did the person who ever it was, use e-mail ? the U.S. Post?
What's going on. I sent an e-mail to the attorney for the Defendant telling him, I believe he is ethically bound to tell the Judge to Reopen the Case on the grounds that the Court Order that I did not comply with, I NEVER RECEIVED until yesterday. What steps must I take? I am interested very much in the reply from the Defendant's attorney tomorrow.

You can file a and say you never rec'd it. They will have to show how you were served a copy.
