Default denied the motion and gave the reason of \"nothing pending.

My boyfriend filed a motion to receive his trial transcripts so that he can use them ofr his PCR. But the judge denied the motion and gave the reason of \"nothing pending.\" What does this mean?

Maybe your request was not framed correctly. Nothing pending just means there is no active matter.

But you were apparently seeking past transcripts. Call the clerk of the court to discuss what you need.

Or perhaps have world law lawyers help if there is some problem--they could probably deal with the clerk for you if it is necessary.
