Default Civil Rights Violation

According to the 14th Amendment, " No state shall make or enforce any
law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state
deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within
its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."..

If a judge *oks* a fraudulent act committed by one person which deprives another person of their rightful property, is that not a case of violation of the second person's civil right to NOT be denied *equal protection of the laws*?

Yes it is...but the judge may not think it was fraudulent if he ok'd it.
