Default Part of law unconstitutional

My question is if part of a law is unconstitutional then is the whole law invalid or only that particular section of that law. Also, if that law has an enforcement provision but has not been enforced since it's creation in 2001 is the law still valid? Thank you.

The rest is often still valid. Lack of enforcement does not invalidate it. But it can be an argument for less punishment.
