There are a number of factors regarding my son being arrested on a
first time, misdemeanor marijuana possession charge that are very upsetting, but as of today (his second court date which was originally in mid January), his hearing has been postponed until June 20. This will have him incarcerated as a juvenile for 10 months - - does anyone ever do this much time for possessing two small joints? |

Not often--get counsel to intervene. That is normally too long.
