Confused I have court in the am for "god damn"

So I have court in the am for "violate the law by using profanity by screaming "god damn" on the side of the street one night while leaving the bar. Though I did not direct it towards anyone I was ticketed. The cops say they have a video and tape evidence of me doing it but I know they dont. The only thing they have is me cussing in the cop car, and asking why I was getting ticketed. I dont know what to do in the AM because it was continued by a lawyer the first time. I have a clean record. Also the cop that wrote my ticket and cited me was not the same cop representing himself in the court room against my case. Someone help me

What country do you live in? In the U.S. there's a constitutional right called freedom of speech.

Too bad the cops didn't bust every moron on these reality shows who swear much worse than that.

I've never heard tell of anyone actually having to go to court over something so ridiculous.
