HELP! NEED ANSWERS!!
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME, MY SON(18yrs) WAS RECENTY CHARGED &ARRESTED WITH 2 COUNT FELONIES OF THEFT,THE OTHER PARTY INVOVED DROPPED ALL AND ANY CHARGES. NOW, DO I STILL HAVE TO GO BAIL HIM OUT OF JAIL W/BOND?? OR WILL THEY RELEASE HIM ON THIER OWN???PLEASE HELP???

Contact the DA to check the status -- the state can still prosecute but usually will not if the other party does not want to participate.
