Default can a sentence be vacated after time has been served

HOW WOULD SOMEONE GO ABOUT GETTING A SENTENCE VACATED>
THEY ALREADY SERVED TIME FOR IT. HE HAS BEEN DEPORTED AND WANTS TO FIND OUT IF THE CASE CAN BE VACATED.

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GO ABOUT IT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT I CAN TELL THEM WHAT TO DO

he was charged with dealing as far as i know. the person who turned him in was actually an informant for the police. the informant died before, i believe before the case was actually tried. He served time for this and feels there is a way to vacate the charge, he was set up and said he was not dealing drugs to anyone, and now he is stuck in jamaica and wants to come back , but needs to make sure everything is clear before he returns, because he does not want any more problems
