Texas
I have a friend who has been in prison for about two years on drug charges.He claims he is innocent.How can he get a lawyer and a new trial. He has no money.His appeal was turned down.

You can try again with the appellate defenders office but otherwise you must find counsel to handle it one way or another.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help direct you if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
