1.Secific performance, there are total 6 concurrent agreement to sale, then
if first agreement is found suspecious then all the agreements will be
considered as suspecious?

2. Under land revenue act a Sub Divisional Officer direct the Patwari to
mutate the name of the land lord in the Khasra Panchsahala, if patwari fails
to do so and if the poor as well as illetrate agricultrist didn't respond
the same then whether state authorities/ Collector has power to treat the land as Ghas Bhoomi & whether the same can be tranfered to any body?

Do you mean fraudulent?

Or voidable? Or what?

Failure of one such agreement can void other concurrent or dependent agreements but they normally need to say that expressly.
