appeal court reversed judgement in full,HELP!

I was the plaintiff in an unlimited civil case in CA where I was a tenant and the landlord basically locked me out, stole my parrot breeding business and everything I ever owned. For some crazy reason the jury decided that I had consented to let her have my birds and property and awarded her $180,000 for their care and feeding! The appeal court has reversed this in full...so...what do I do now? Does this have to go to re-trial? How do I demand my birds and property back? Shouldn`t I be awarded damages for the birds and property she gave away or killed by negligence? How do I do this? What do I need to file? Can a judge or panel of judges decide what to do about this situation rather than have another incompetent judge and jury re-try this case?
