Default Procedure of the courts -- false reporting

What is the procedure of the courts -- if there has been false reporting and fundemental errors and every court proceding following those errors causing irreversable damages being beprived of due process and numerous constitutional rights? The case goes back to 2003, however I just recently was able to have acess to all my records! where in the records is where the admittence of the wrongful acts, I know that the courts do no \"start over\" however I was unsure if the administrative chief judge is the one to review or a certain committee or whom to address ?

You can file to re-open if there are material and fundamental errors or misconduct etc.

I have a similar problem...

"fundemental errors and every court proceding following those errors causing irreversable damages being beprived of due process and numerous constitutional rights?"

The problem was fraud and false information presented under oath at a public hearing set the tone of a civil case later filed in Superior Court.

The civil case was dismised with prejudice due to defense attorney (defendant's insurance company) misconduct. I thought insurance company lawyers cannot defend fraud?

1st, 5th, and 14th rights were violated.

Anyway, what is the statute of limitations and requirement to request the case be re-openned?

I can't seem to find info on the web.

You can email me too.
Thanks
