I have had chronic back pain since 1997 and am on a a low potency pain medication and I also have had anxiety since high school. I am on disability because of these problems. I am appealing the Chancery judges order of supervised visitation. He put me on supervised visitation because I am on low potency pain medication and anxiety medication. I am appealing in the TN Court of Appeals and cannot find any cases supporting my right to have unsupervised visitation for my Appellate Brief.
Does anyone know where to find cases where the Court of Appeals ruled for the father in this kind of case. Or any links or exact search words. I have been looking for a month now and all I can find is parental termination cases. vf |

I don't think you will find that such an absolute right exists.
It is a judgment call for the court to make after they see your condition. |
