Default appeal of frivolous protective order

Can new evidence be introduced in the appeal if I can prove appellee had concealed and moved it before the trial. Will prove beyond a doubt she filed a false petition and lied in court.

Appreciate any assistance, I`ve lost everything

Not at the appeal normally. But you could file for a motion for new trial...
