hello,,
Are judges obligated to provide reasons for their decisions???In the Pacific I understand that not providing a decision could leave the decision open to challenge..and if possible any cases that were ordered for retrial because judges did not give opinions for their decision... vinaka |

They do not always have to do so unfortunately...but you can still appeal.

how can an insurance company sue you for attorney fees if you won in a federal court by jury trial but the judge threw the case out. I lost on the judge's decision but won from a federal jury. Who would make the decision if the insurance company sues...judge or jury???

How exactly did that happen? What did the jury decide and then what happened?
