Logo infringement?
I worked for a company for 4 years and during that time I allowed usage of a logo I created. After being fired I deleted my logo from thier computers and had the logo copyrighted. To this day they still use my logo on everything without my permission. Do I have the right to demand buy out of the logo or demand they cease to use it? It's been 2 years that they have continued to use the logo.

if you created it before you worked for them, and you had a clear agreement that they were just licensing it or using it with your permission until a specific time, then you can sue for damages or to make them stop

Had you created the logo before you worked with them? And was your permission in writing?
