I have been a member of youtube for 7 months now and most of my working time is distributed there. Youtube disconnected my account twice without legal cause. The second time this happened all my videos with my copyright was erased and they have refused to answer me back. My account is still left though my videos have been erased. They have admitted they have done wrong but they refuse to say why all my videos were removed and how it could happen twice in just two weeks. I want to know if I have a legal case to sue youtube? They have admitted fault in several e-mails! Please answer me back so I know what I will do next.

You might want to read their ToS (Terms of Service) / EUA (End User Agreement) and I am sure it probably has something written in there that protects them from any potential lawsuits.
It is afterall a free service, it is their servers, and they have the right to refuse service as well.
