intellectual property??
I have recently been prescribed a new medication for high blood pressure. This new medication unexpectedly has cured a supposedly incurable condition I have had for many years.
I am sure this is a new discovery. I have not disclosed this information to anyone. I am sure this a valuable discovery and is worth millions to this large pharmaceutical company. My question is, does this constitute intellectual property and do I need an attorney to help me to negotiate an agreement with this company. Thank you very much. |

You could try to negotiate some kind of deal, but there will have to be testing etc. so don't be so sure you can profit from this.
