Microsoft Clip art usage

Im looking to put together a booklet of visual posters and such for use by teachers using a multiple sensory reading approach .
Can I use microsoft clip art ? Can I request permission for use in a publication for the purpose of selling the booklet ?

How likely is if that micro soft grants permission to use their clip art?
Is there a section or dept of Microsoft responsible-for this kind of thing. Trying to contact Microsoft and get a response would be easier if I directed my inquiry to the right place.
