Default New website offering FREE services (copyright law issues)

Hi, im starting a new website/company and at the moment im offering FREE services, Im just wondering if free services still enforce copyright laws. The name is not registered etc, however the website is a template which was purchased for use.

Any help would be great

Copyright laws apply whether the services are offered for free as long as the copyrighted material is published. You need permission to use copyrighted material.

You are required to apply for copyright after registering a name. This is to avoid future disputes relating to the site.
