Streaming part of a movie on my site
can i legally stream a part of a movie (maybe some seconds, to a minute or so)?
If i can, is there a time limit for the content? and how much is that limit? thank you. |

I wish to inform you that streaming a movie may amount to copyright violation. Generally if copyright has been taken for a movie then you cannot present any portion of movie because copyright owner may take action. If there is no copyright then you can present the movie because then there is no restriction.

lets say 5s scene from a 1 min trailer for a copyrighted movie Do you have any references where i could read up on the copyright infringement of streaming an extremely short segment of a movie? Thank you |
