Copyright Question -- Online Forum, Copyright Information

I want to start an online forum that's similar to an existing online forum that has a copyright (copyright is below). What can I legally do, and what would be illegal?

The compilation of information in HealthBoards.com, including the design and organization of the database and forums, is copyrighted by HealthBoards.com and may not be reprinted nor electronically reproduced.

The content of your Online Forum must not be same or similar as that of HealthBoards.com. In this regard the content must be your own creativity. In this if any person reads your website they must know that the website is different from HealthBoards.com in content. Copyright laws basically protect the work of an author and therefore in your case the copyright law will protect HealthBoards.com's work. In this if both the websites contain a document on certain medical topic then the content of that article must be different to show originality.
