Internet selling business

I created website to sell referense and manual to peer-to-peer file sharing program developed by somebody else. This program exists on its public website and free for download.
I have a few questions regarding this business:
1. Is it legal to use peer-to-peer file sharing program for private use?
2. Can I sell referense to this program if I note that this program was developed by somebody else?
3. Can I include in my selling package this peer-to-peer program itself for customer convinience (if this program is free for download and I note that this program was developed by somebody else)?

But as to your other ideas you would seem to risk some potential copyright or patent or unauthorized use issues if you are basically selling parts of somebody else's project, even if you are adding parts/instructions etc.

I would definitely want a lawyer to at least briefly look over all the details of that proposal --
