I got the first letter and after 2 weeks they sent me the second letter, I just didn't accept it because it was certified. So I don't know what is next, I think you shouldn't sign any letter, because if you do, you will accept guilt.

I received a third letter and it said that if I dont sign the letter by nov 13 then they would advise their client to take appropriate legal action against me. what should i do?

I found the Lanham Act explanation online. More than 1000 sold is very bad according to it. Very difficult to say about punishment for small quantities sold. Anyone knows about punishment for small quantities 1-25 ? what to expect if found guilty ? ( just possible worst case scenario). By the way check out latest ebay seller agreement -> you are by yourself all the way.
