C&D Copyright Infringement Letter
My bro in law received the same letter from Gibney, Anthony and Flaherty demanding for $375.00. He purchased the Adobe software at the local flea market and posted for sell in Ebay. In the letter, it indicated two auction item numbers that he sold. What should he do? And how should he respond to Gibney? Any advise on the response letter to the law firm?
