Terms of Use/Sale and Privacy Policy

Hi, I am about to make a website that sells a service.

What I would like to know is whether I must create a Terms of Use/Terms of Sale/Privacy Policy section on my own and have a lawyer proofread it, or do I get a lawyer to do that entire section for me? And what kind of lawyer would I need?

Also, what parts of my website do I need to copyright?

Any other information would be very helpful as well.

I am located in Toronto, Canada if that is of any help.

I have tried to do research on this topic, and could not find any definitive information.
