Copyright of State Documents
The Kansas Driving License Examination Bureau has a PDF online called dlhb.pdf, whose contents describe rules and recommendations for driving. I would like to directly copy many passages from it to create a California Traffic School document. Is there any copyright infringement in doing that?

You need their permission to copy and/or use that material.
They may agree if you give a citation. ...you can call and ask or write. |
