Intellectual property of liquidated firm
Dear Forum
What are the intellectual property rights of the creative works of an individual / employee who were working and were employed by an Architectural firm after such a firm has been liquidated? Can former employees claim ownership of their work even though they were employed under a corporate brand and got remunerated for their work, or can any former employee of the liquidated firm make use of such intellectual property in the form of electronic design files for their own benefit?
