Default Artist: Which name should I use to sign a contract? My legal name or DBA or LLC?

I am about to sign a contract with a gallery / art publishing company in Canada and have a question about which name I should use to sign the contract: Should I use my legal name or my DBA name (registered in the USA, which is the same as my artist name) which is "XX-YY", I also have a LLC registered as "XX-YY, LLC” (My artist name (DBA) is different from my legal name).
I signed all my paintings with my artist name: "XX-YY”.

Since the contract regards copyright for giclees I thought it would be best to sign it with both names, my artist name (DBA) and also with my legal name in order to have my paintings/rights protected. Or is it better to only sign it with my artist name?

further: When getting paid a percentage from sold giclees, I want the gallery/art publishing company make their checks out to my legal name in the beginning. For this reason, should I sign the contract with my legal name? Or should I just tell the company about my legal name?
Thanks kindly for your help and advise!

PS: XX-YY is a sample name...

Whatever you sign as--that signature is liable.

It can be you or your company or a partnership etc.

Whoever or whatever entity is liable is the one that signs.
